I'll list a couple:
1. reined in out of control trade unions that had destroyed 3 previous governments.
2. Led a privatization initiative that revitalized the British economy and made it the powerhouse of Europe. (e.g. British Airways and British Steel)
3. Steadfast foe of Communists
4. Understood how civilians leadership should set goals and let the military do their jobs (Falklands war)
5. Tremendous friend of the US and freedom world wide.
6. Gutsy Leader facing up to the IRA (Brighton bombing)
7. Role Model for women everywhere

If that question was for me, I don't admire Thatcher because she favored the rich over the poor with policies such as the Poll Tax:
