I was disappointed, but not surprised! Charmaine was beautiful, poised, calm and intelligent - but it was hardly a "fair and balanced" segment. I do believe they gave at least twice as much air time to the "other" side. I would be interested to know how much of what Charmaine actually said to the reporter was edited out. Blessings ~ Patricia

Patricia, Thank you for your kind words.
8 seconds of airtime took 35 minutes of taping and 15 minutes in makeup and two hours in traffic.
We all were lucky that the entire segment didn't end up on the cutting floor.
But ABC didn't have anything else to go with -- Charmaine had about 3 hours notice; which is about normal.
The funny part was that Charmaine took the Penta-Posse and parked them in the green room; which was a room away from the studio. Boo-Baby got fussie -- some of his crying could be hear by the sound guys.
They didn't mind. They thought is was funny. And appropiate. The production crews are good-guys.
