This no charge introduction is to determine if there is a fit and if you have a problem worth our time to analyze. To take the first step, set up a free consultation. The most popular issues from our practice include: how to manage, getting a job, balancing between work and family, getting a promotion, how to sell and how to reduce stress.

Our complimentary sessions will be a give and get telephone call.

Here's what you receive:

Two appointments of 20 minutes of consultation and you will leave each call with one action item.

You will have an opportunity to decide if retaining an advisor is right for you.

Our career development and transition consulting is tailored precisely for women. This individualized service is designed for women facing the challenge of changing or finding a job. . . or those who want to negotiate a flexible employment contract with an existing employer. Our advice is most effective with women who are burdened about the uncertainty of the work and behaviors required for getting employment. We emphasize that it's not what you know, it's not who you know, it's who knows you. Service can include personality assessment, resume construction, practice interviews and practice negotiation.

We also advise clients on media appearances. From sound mikes to sound bites. Before you go on air, get on the phone and call us. Don't be alone in the green room.

Services for Corporate Clients

for women in both for profit and not for profit organizations.

Today's business does not wait for women (of any age).

Perform or perish, the pressure is real especially for women. Markets transform rapidly, each new product and service more innovative than their predecessors. Even the leaders are at risk if they ignore or fail to recognize the tide of change.

Helena, newborn, conducts her first radio interview, Dallas, Texas, 1997
Declining sales or lost deals may be the result of a tactical error - poor salesmanship or inadequate sales coverage. But women face the obstacle of learning negotiating skills in business with men. But more often they are signals of a far deeper problem, such as changing markets or the success of a competitor's innovative business model. The impact of a shift in the market or a change in the way business is conducted might not be addressed by more sales effort. Strategic changes require strategic responses and demand a review of the company's strategy.

New Manager Skills

Lean the skills that women will need to supervise men. This is not for the faint of heart. We have been teaching professional women how to make the move from staff positions into line slots. Our emphasis on the natural abilities and differences of women as managers have revolutionized organizations as people learn to manage and learn to delegate and to wear many hats -- no matter how outrageous.

We can teach you to be the most valuable asset in your organization.

Board of Directors' Workshop
